Storage and usage quota

Every account has a storage limit set by system policy.

Read your limit

• Open account summary.
• Check used space versus total quota.
• Watch for warning indicators on near-limit states.

Reduce usage

• Delete temporary files.
• Clean duplicate versions.
• Move old material into archive folders.

Upload behavior near limit

• Uploads may be blocked when quota is exceeded.
• Large files are most likely to trigger rejections.

If you need more space

• Contact support to raise quota for your account.
• Consolidate files and clear logs or large caches where possible.
