Access modes

• View: download or read only.
• Restricted: link disabled for everyone.
• Re-enabled: active URL only when you allow it.

What changes when you adjust controls

• New users can only access after the mode switch.
• Old cached sessions may take one refresh to reflect permission changes.

Recommended security setup

• Use read-only mode for review.
• Avoid edit-like behavior on links unless a secure internal process exists.
• Turn off links immediately after temporary review periods.
