Account signup and login

This document covers how to create and access your Nebula account.

Sign up

1. Click Signup from the landing page.

2. Enter a username, email, and password.

3. Submit and confirm any email prompt if enabled.

4. Log in immediately with the new credentials.

Log in

1. Open Nebula and choose Login.

2. Enter email and password.

3. If asked, solve any challenge shown by your sign-in settings.

4. Click Sign in.

Password and recovery expectations

• Keep your password private and long.
• Use a unique password for this account.
• If password reset is enabled, use the reset flow from the login page.

Sign-in issues

• Wrong password: retry and check keyboard layout caps-lock.
• No confirmation email: contact support to check email delivery.
• Account locked/disabled: contact support.

Session behavior

Your session remains active until idle timeout or policy changes. Use Logout when finished on shared devices.
