Invite workflow

1. Open workspace settings.

2. Add collaborator email addresses.

3. Save invitation and notify users.

Collaboration roles

Most deployments use role-based behavior:

• Creator controls workspace lifecycle.
• Members add and organize content.
• Removed members lose further access.

Ongoing management

• Remove inactive members.
• Rotate contributors after project handoff.
• Review role assignments monthly.

Troubleshooting

If an invited user cannot join, verify exact email spelling and resend.
