Download files whenever you need offline copies.
Download single file
1. Open the item details.
2. Select Download.
3. Save to your preferred folder.
Download from selection
- If bulk selection is enabled, choose multiple files and run one download action.
- Extract archives after download if needed.
Validate downloaded data
- Open downloaded files locally.
- Check size against expected value.
- Confirm file extension remains unchanged.
Large downloads
For very large files, use stable Wi-Fi and avoid closing the browser tab during transfer.
